It is a form of manual therapy that aims to help anyone with an injury or who is in pain. Osteoarticular techniques, facial releases, craniosacral therapy and visceral releases are used to gently adjust muscles, soft tissues, bones, joint capsules and internal organs into proper alignment. When the body is balanced it is able to function properly and quickly heal itself. All treatments are done with the client fully clothed and the intensity can be adjusted to the client's current capabilities.
